what do i need if ford galaxy wiper arm has popped out of joint?

the arm on the drivers side of my ford galxy 1998 reg has popped out of its joint goes back in but pops out straight away looks like a ball joint has something come off it of has i t worn away cheers any idears what i need or what has happend

the ball joint is worn the best thing to to is to drill a 5mm hole through both the ball joint and the receiving cup. then insert a 5mm bolt with locking nut and washer. i fixed mine like this some 3 months ago and it work prefectly

Its the bqalljoint, drill a 5mm hole strainght through assembly and put a nut and bolt through, unless you want to buy a new set up
