Mend Samsung RS21DCNS Located Bought Model

RS21DCNS?

Where is the filter located on this Samsung FF. It is not external. We bought it at Comet and they can't find it, they've taken their showroom model apart looking. Our light is on but we can't find the filter.

Samsung Samsung RS21DCNS Kitchen Appliances, Refrigerators Located Bought Model

In my RS21KDMS the filter is located inside the fridge compartment, in the upper left, innermost corner of it. Looks sort of like a cylinder(I haven't had to change it yet, knock wood). Doesn't your manual mention this? If you don't have a manual it should be possible to get it from the net, at least it was for my RS21 model. Good luck.

rs21 filters only fit on the back the appliance not inside ask the samsung engineer on 07786610965
