Sounds like the diaphragm, ive had my boiler for 15 years and changed it every 4-5 years plus two pumps.

Check out what I suggested above. The hot water and heating are seperate controls. Which model is it. Apart from the new ones the principal is the same.

I have exactly the same problem. No hot water but radiators work fine. This problem occured when pressure on boiler was dropping and i had no heating. I have fixed the pressure with a new part and radiators are now ok but hot water has not returned.

Have i built in the fault and how can it be fixed?
