I think you have to hold down the menu button for 5 secs for the hidden tuning section to show in the on screen menu.

It's pretty much self explanatory after that.
You can tune either with direct CH number selection (21-69), or with frequency search tuning (MHz).

Use the arrow keys to highlight the Position, Frequency, Name etc. and don't forget to store your selections.
