why isnt my fabric conditioner being taken candy cna127?

my fabric conditioner isnt leaving the drawer its in and i dont know why. i have a candy CNA127. i have checked the pipes and my filter is clean

there is a small plastic device in your main soap drawer leading from the softener resvoir this needs to be removed and washed out in warm water a toothpick can also help get rid of the clogged hole.
