How do I re charge the expansion vessel on my combi boiler?
I want to stop pressure rapidly rising on my glow-worm 24ci combi boiler. How do I re charge the expansion vessel and where do I look for it. If my boiler doesn't have one what can I do to stop the pressure rising? (I don't think my boiler has one!)
water pressure rising all the time even when haeting is off , proably infeed valve in filling loop is turned on some , try closing it more tightly if you can here a hissing noise then its stiil filling up , best to repalce you filling loop consisit of infeed valve, bit flex house
and non return valve.
i would like to know how to recharge the expansion vessel

the valve should be shut when you have got the pressure up to 1.5 bar

No. I have partially closed the water input valve on the boiler. This has stopped the pressure rising so fast. Is this safe? Do you think this is a problem I can fix myself or should I call an engineer?
