Mend Glow-worm 24CI Combi Boiler Pressure Radiators

How can I stop pressure rapidly rising on my combi boiler?

I recently drained two radiators. After re filling and bleeding them, and repressuring my glow-worm 24ci combi boiler, the pressure on the boiler rapidly raises. Even after lowering the pressure several times using the water release valve it still keeps rising to 3 bar. How can I keep the pressure at a normal rate?

I am not sure if it has an expansion vessel. How can I tell if it has one, and what do I do if it hasn't?
