The fabric conditioner not entering my zanussi jetstream 1200?

Hello..There shoud be a small plastic device in the main powder drawer. This leads from the softener to the back of the tray. This should just lift out. Wash it out with warm soapwater until clear sometimes you may have to dig out the mass which a toothpick. Ensure that water passes through it and replace.
