How to mend a broken hinge at my Nokia 9500 Communicator?

It seems the mobile cover of Nokia 9500 Communicator is a very sensible part and hinges are often subject for brokage.
Unfortunately one of my hinges is broken now. I tried to stick it with some Loctite but it cannot stay sticked on.
Is there any other solution except replacing the whole cover which is around 100 euro?
