Right basically your puntos radio should have 4 holes in each corner you can buy special keys to remove this off ebay. Paste this into the search "CD/RADIO REMOVAL KEYS / PINS - £1.19 - FREE DELIVERY"

and it will come up with the 1 you need but if you dont want to buy it you can always cut up a coat hanger and put these in the holes and pull it out like that which is harder, anyways i hope this helps.
