Mend Seals Replace Rubber

Double Glazed window seals?

How do I replace the rubber seals on my Draughty Windows, Whaere do I buy these. the windows are 15 years old. The Installer is not around anymore. Is it a DIY job?

I have a draught coming through my double glased window, I put a new foam seal around the window, it has not stopped the draught. The gap is about 7mm in one corner. Can I adjust the window !! or can I buy thicker double glasing seal.
