How can i replace the rubber seals around windows that are fitted into aluminium joinery

i had same problem i used wallpaperscraper& puttyknife place scraper between glass and rubber gentley tap it till it reaches in about 5mm then use puttyknife to lever it out start in corner alight spray with wd40 on scaper caution ease out slowly good luck
