no problem :)i would say the engine is running weak i.e not enough fuel getting through the carb.i may be worth getting a slightly bigger main jet for it .also they have a component called an acccelerator pump on the carb by the throttle cable holder it may be that the pump is not getting pushed down or that it is stuck down. it looks like a small pin with a rubber boot on it and when you open the throttle it pushes down on it and pumps a squirt of fuel into the carb ok ps i have seen this a few times on piaggios which use the same carb and they hqd the same problem.
