Proline 28N1?

On your remote hold down the Menu/Index button for several seconds until you get the Features Menu. Using the arrows on your remote go down to EFFECT and press the Menu button again. Scroll down using the arrows to TUNE and press either right or left arrow (hold down to auto scan) - you can press the down arrow once to select Fine Tune then left or right to adjust. Once your channel is tuned select the channel to store it on (in program) then scroll down to STORE and click on the right arrow once to store the channel. To return to TV mode press TV/AV once.
