either the bearings have gone or the spider attached to the drum is split either way you will need to take the inner drum out. You need to take the front panel off including the door remove the front of the outer drum you then have access to the inner drum, at the rear of the machine remove the large nut holding the inner drum to the outer drum and with a bit of force pull the inner drum out and replace either bearings or spider if broken reverse the process to fit it back together
