Mend Ferroli 77FF Boiler Fault Pcb

Ferroli 77FF keeps going out?

when we run a bath or shower and have any other water on in the house, washing machine,heating,dishwasher,down stairs tap, the boiler goes out and we have to re-light it.WE have had a new PCB,thermo-coupler,2xthermastats in boiler housing,radiators bled all by British gas. The boiler still goes out ! help please.

i have the same boiler, absolute pain in the ass...

it's one of several problems...

leak in central heating system, tho not relevant if using for hot water circulation only.

expansion chamber corroded, causing leak and pressure drop over time...

most likely however is the case sealing, if you have been lighting manually you will have remoed the 5 screws on the exterior of the case. If there you don't make a perfect seal, about 1 hour afterward the boiler kicks in the boiler will shut itself down

to fix this, try adding PTFE to the screw threads before you put tem back in and ensure the foam seal around the edge of the case is in tact...may need to replace this if old
