citroen relay immobiliser wont clear?

i have a citroen relay van and the immobiliser does not clear when you make a short stop and try and start again.
can you help

I take live off battery for a second and it normally clears the fault

I give the fuel pump a sharp tap with a long chisel l keep under the seat (not too hard )when this happens, there`s a click and the light goes out.
l think it is a fuel pump removal to get at the part and is costly £350 l was quoted so l struggle on !

i got a citroen relay van.it well not start? the electronic immobiliser warning lamp comes on in the instrument?? how can i start it with out going to the citroen dealers??

How do you start a citroen relay when you dont know the code for the immobiliser?

it is you fuel pump it get to hot just coolit down with cold water and it will start it takes two about two watering cans to cool it down
