How can i fix my Ford Mondeo Zetec 2.0 (2001 Model)?

Car starts normally, but moves really slowly, rev goes high, but moves extremly slow in 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear. The Rev goes up, but its as is the car doesnt want to move.
