How can I fix my Dell DJ v0. 0.11?

its been years now, any luck with this issue? im having the same screen stuck in recovery mode.

The following solution didn't work for me but it worked for the person who used it so here it is for anyone who's as unlucky as me to find their DJ not working:

I posted this question and then played around and fixed it using the "fixup.zip" file located in this part of the website:

I extracted it and followed its instructions and the computer recognized my Dell DJ. I was then able to re-install old firmware and it is ready to go now!

same problem here. Dell support is no help either. I know that there is no firmware on the device, but when I try to load one via usb, it says it's not connected even though it is
