Note: this will clear the contents of the MP3 hard drive!!!
Connect it to your Pc via USB, in windows XP select my computer, and the Drive associated with the MP3 device. Right click on it and select "Format", the format options should come up, the default is FAT32, click OK and this will reformat the MP3 player's hard disc. Good Luck
