My newly installed combi gives instant hot water from the tap but I have to turn my room stat up to 30 before the radiators start to warm and then it takes about an hour or more before they are hot. I cant afford to run the heating at this temperature. When the heating is on I can turn the thermostat down and the heating stays on. Has anyone any ideas what the prob' is please?
Thanks for the reply. My radiators do have thermostats fitted and I've been told to keep them uncovered which I am now doing. However the engineer from the people who installed the system have told me I cannot use my washing machine and run my heating at the same time. They say I must change my washing machine to one that only takes cold water. I rarely run my machine on a hot wash. Other people I have spoken to don't seem have this problem. Thanks
