pest control?

Click start... click run... in the box enter msconfig click ok.
This brings up system configuration.... click the tab for startup, look for pest control in the list and remove the tick from the checkbox. Click apply close config window & reboot... you will get a notification popup that you have made changes... tick the checkbox for "dont show me again" and you are done.
You can stop any programs loading at startup in the same way, and if you change your mind, just go back and put a tick in the box, then reboot
