sigma car alarm fault on mercedes slk?

i have a fault that when i switch the alarm off using the key fob the alarm goes off and does not stop till i have pressed the key fob several times this fault came on the same time as the courtesy light stopped operating from the passenger door. I have changed the key fob batteries an the door switch but it does not stop the faults. Thanks
