alpha conmbi boiler dripping?

Hi folks,

while working in my kitchen, i knocked the water pipes to my boiler by accident. Not a heavy bang but still enough to leave me with quite a fast drip from under my Alpha combi Boiler, Model number CB28.
It seems to be coming from the bolted end of a pipe that is screwed to to a cup shaped thing with a bolt on the bottom. I obviously have no idea what i'm talking about so please forgive me.

My main question, is it safe to tighten this bolt slightly and do i have to remove other parts to access this area?


I realy can't afford a plumber and it seems to me that it is nothing serious.
