Problem with Nokia 6230?

My 6230 dose not ring any more and also cant hear any music or any sound at all stored on my phone. the only sound I can hear is the key pad sound and I also DO NOT have a problem hearing the person I'm talking to. Is this a speaker problem or what?

I have exactly the same problem - my loudspeaker has a loose connection - that's the one on the top right-hand side of the phone where the infra-red port is. I would not recommend this, but if I knock the speaker it will sometimes work... briefly. I've just been into a repair shop today, they said they can fix it for a tenner.
