50cc peugeot speedfighter2 won't start?

50cc speedfighter2 won't start checked spark plug, got a good spark , full fuel tank , turns over ok but will not fire up, please help

very unlikley to be a stuck reed valve its near impossible they break and bend but never stick.aside from that has the bike been standing for a while before you have started to get it going ie months or do you usually use it every day,let me know and ill let you know the problem.
