How do I change an air bag steering wheel (citroen saxo)?

Firstly think what you are messing with, my advice is dont mess! But if the airbag has deployed the seat belt pretenioners will have gone and the main airbag ecu will be scrap. This when replaced need reconfiguring at a dealer after everything else has been replaced. Oh and yes the battery should be disconnected and left to sit for 10mins before touching.
