Missing passenger door mirror. MOT Failure?

My car (1999 Mazda demio) is going in for an MOT tomorow. A few months back, someone took to my car and broke the passenger side mirror and rear window wiper. Are these things likely to cause the car to fail?

I have looked for a replacement mirror but havn't been able to find one anywhere, will it have to be replaced with a Demio mirror or will a mirror from another Mazda or an other car fit?
