How can I fix my PROline LD1702W tv?

It has a black line down the right hand side, so that only 3/4 of the screen/picture is showing. We have done all that it is recommended to do in the manual but have had no luck.

Just read your question,im afraid that you will not be able to do anything with your unit,the problem is with the lcd screen itself,without getting too technical,the tabs that supply the information to the crystal is defective,this would come under warranty repair by proline.
