central locking mondeo 18 diesel r reg?

As a fail safe if your car battery goes flat the drivers door lock is released so you can get into the car to jump start it ect. Try disconnecting the battery and the door should release with a bit of luck....... if that won,t work its a garage job unless you cut open the door panel to find the problem .
