I have just replaced the rear height adjuster which had broken. It helps to have the car on ramps or over a pit. The dealersreplace the swhole mounting plate on which is mountedthe height adjustment valve the whole assembly cost £108+vat. If you get a unit from a breakers it is cheaper and if you use the old valve you need not get invloved with the hydraulics Minebrke because all the linkages had seized up. Haynes manuals are no good as they just refer you to the dealer (in that case you dont need their rotten manual). Good luck and patience. I worked in the road and the parts cost £10.
Bye the bye the fixing bolts are star head and the star can strip. Put penty of paraffin release oil ont the bolts. If you get to the head mole grips or small steelsons work.
