My Hotpoint Ultima WMA62 won't drain?

Mary,

The pump is located at the rear/bottom of the machine and is accessed by taking off the small panel at the back of the machine.

The pump is removed by lifting and shifting to the left.

Power off before repair, new ones are also available from us online:

You need part number PMP235 - half way down the page.

check that u got no blockages in the pump or hose if pump not runnin will need to replace
