I have a Accenta 8 burglar alarm?

ive moved my room detector also one key pad reconnected the sounders came on put my code in silenced tamper light is on and now nothing is working ive got the red moment coming on on all the detectors power on key pad put un able to reset and the taper light still on also my blue light flashes on box out side ive checked battery got 12v can anyone help please

the last post said diss mains and battery but this will not stop alarm going off because when you open the lid on the panel to diss the battery it will go of as there is a tamper switch on the panel lid. allso when removing the power to the panel mains and battery there is still a battery in the bell box so the bell will activate if the battery is working in the bell box .
the best way to do this is press the prog button on your accenta and put in your code the tamper light will come on now you can move the detector be aware not to short the 12vdc power wires to the detector. when all is done press reset reset tamper light should go out if not and the keypad is dead you still have a taper circuit open .
if not wanting to go into customer prog test function you can remove the lid on the detector it will go off put in your code which will silence the alarm when done press reset reset all done

disconnect all power going to the alarm, both mains and battery,
else the tamper alarm will go off.
