how can i fix window winder mercedes sprinter 208?

remove window winder by pushing the plastic ring underneath from the handle side upwards, it will slide about 10mm them handle slides off. with a flat screwdriver prize off the door hande cover strip from the bottom, (give it a good go, it's not designed to fall off, it needs a bit of force!) under it will be two big philips screws that hold the door panel to the door, once these are out you simply remove the small dark plug in the metalwork of the door at the top left, (as you look at the door card), and slide the door card upwards and off. Take care of the cable that connects the door handle on the door card to the lock mechanism, that is easiest to remove from the door end than the door card end, basic nipple type cable end.
