Eureka (the boss smartvac)?

beater brush isnt turning, the belt seems fine and in place.

I have the exact same problem, and everything is set as it should be. I replaced the belt because I thought that was the problem. Obviously, it wasn't. Any other ideas please?

Do you have the brush roll control on the "carpet" setting. If it's on the "hardwood floor" setting, the brush won't turn.
