How can I fix my screen wash?

I can hear the pump working on my Screen Wash jets on my 1997 Ford Escort 1.8 Ghia but there's no water coming through. The Water container is full but nothings coming through

if not your filter on the reservoir could be blocked. or even o ablock in the pipe
