Im not getting any water coming from any of the washer jets even though the bottle is full and the pump is working.Is there a filter that could be blocked?
Where is it situated and how can I get to the filter or the bottle it self to clean it?
yes there is a filter its part of grommet where pump pushes into bottle. if using washing-up liquid as an additive then it will be blocked ,[ it turns to a jelly like substance]

When this happens to our cars it's usually limescale deposits around the tiny jet holes inside - poking with a fine needle just pushes any obstruction back into the pipes and if it does fix it, it's just temporary.
Half a cup of Viakal in the tank usually works for me - can take up to 24 hours before it clears - sometimes 20 minutes.
