How do I start it using key it seems to be dead

Yes it appears to be i dont have a charger either. i made a connection onto the plug and used a car battery charger just be carful not to short the terminals. Good luck, i was given my'n and i'm trting to get it to start. Do you have a manual ive managed to get one but it doesn't include the electric start.

I have a charger. It says NICAD charger, Output: 14.5v / 140mA
