How can I fix a new wing mirror to my fiat punto?

drivers side wing mirrror.

pull off the rubber adjuster on the inside of the door, next undo the nut which looks likes a circle with 4 square cut outs on it, then u should be able to remove the plastic trim. the mirror is then held on by 3 bolts.
