how do i chage my 96 p reg ford mondeo automatic 2.0 16v zetec engine?

i have just bought a mondeo ghia estate and the head gasket and cylinder head blew on my way home( engine had done 197000 miles ). i have bought a like for like engine ( this with 60000 miles). how should i go about changing it. ie what order is advised to take everything off and what order to put everything bach. do i need to lift out the auto gearbox with it or does this stay put. if anyone could direct me to a web page that will tell me it would be a great help. email me at s.stansfield1@ntlworld.com
