Mend Kubota 2350 Crank Cold Glow

won't start?

I have a kubota 2350 4wd tractor. It won't crank below 30degrees (when really cold) the glow plugs get red in the dash. but no crank when trying to start. I pulled the battery and the eye was green. I am charging it anyway. It was fine yesterday it worked at nite with the lights on. I park indoors but not heated.

Take out the glow plug, (plugs) and have them tested, you can'nt tell if they are working by the light on the dash...!
