Hopefully someone can help , my zanussi washer dryer is washing fine but using the dryer the clothes are not drying, there is steam their, but the clothes are still damp.
any suggestions.
condensor tank down righthand side as you look at it from the front could be blocked with fluff

when that happened to mine the filter at the front right bottom of the machine was blocked up with fluff. open the filter door and remove fluff and replace. make sure there is no water in the machine before you open the filter door.

sound like its not condensing one of the inlet valves prob gone water should trickle in when drying.try changing the cold inlet valves theres normally 2 or 3 together.
