Minute hand loose and catching sweep second hand?

My Tavistock and Jones radio controlled talking watch was unfortunately dropped and the minute hand has become loose. This can easily be dealt with providing I can access the dial. How is the movement released from the casing? Unfortunately I don't know the model no. but the watch is about 4 years old. Thanks
