Mend Neff U1421 Oven Hinge Cooker

U1421 BOTTOM OVEN DOOR NOT FULLY CLOSING AT THE TOP ALLOWING HOT AIR TO ESC?

I HAVE A NEFF DOUBLE OVEN COOKER U1421 THE LOWER OVEN DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE FULLY ALLOWING HOT AIR TO ESCAPE WILL IT BE THE HINGE OR BEARINGS ? IF IT IS THE BEARINGS HOW DO I GET TO THEM WHEN REPLACING ?

Have resolved the issue by changing the hinges. It appears the springs become over stretched and therefore need to be replaced. Parts ordered: 260798 and 260797 at an approximate cost of £28. Took only 10 minutes to change the hinges and have the door back to fully closing.

I have also just started to have the same problem. I have just investigated by undoing the top two screws on the door and the two screws under the bottom edge. This releases the two sections of the door revealing two large spring hinges. Nothing looks out of place or damaged so someone's view on this would be appreciated.
