How do I download music to my lyra RD2762B? The instructions are vague and I am about to take it back. Anyone having trouble with this device?

My model is different - but - try downloading Musicmatch Jukebox - a free version is available on net. Then add a device plugin - it will open a web window with loads of devices named. Search for yours, add the plug in - and then next time you plug it in, musicmatch should recognise it - then start adding music.
