Luke warm water from Junkers WR 11 – 2 B on maximum setting?

I have a Junkers WR 11 – 2 B Vertical Without Tank gas bottle boiler. Even at maximum settings the water is still lukewarm to the shower and only slightly hotter to the taps. The water pressure at the house appears to be fine. It has a full gas bottle attached. This appears to have happened over time
