Mend Baxi ecotec pro 24 Wrong Boiler Fine

What is wrong with my boiler?

ecotec pro 24
The hot water runs fine for a while (when running a bath) then gets cold. When this happens I get a diagnostic code S53.
If i turn water off and back on it is back to normal until next time.
Never seen it happen at the kitchen tap.
