Mend Igenix DFRO11 Radiator Heating Thermostat

Igenix oiled filled rad not heating?

I have a Igenix oil filled rad that when I turn it on to max on the thermostat setting and switch it to level 3 the power button does not come on and it doesn't work yet if I turn the power button to 0 the light comes on but it obviously doesn't heat as its on zero. I have tried it on settings 1,2 and 3 and nothing the power light just goes out. Any ideas how to fix
