Is my car stereo finished?

my jvc kia radio unit will only play a cd after completely dying for a few days , none of the controls work at all , it just keeps playing the same cd over and over. it's the standard unit that comes with the 07 sedona . i did pull the fuse , it bricked for two days then came on with the cd.
