Accenta G3 Alarm system Programming?

My Accenta g3 alarm has gone back to factory defaults. I have been able to change the default user code and engineer codes. What else do i need to set.
For example like to be able to program 2 and 3 for when home for perimeter only and again with down stairs for night use. Setting prog 2 for zone 1 and 4 front and back door still sets off alarm when pir in living room is activated what am I missing?
